ITP Editor is the official level editor for Igor the Penguin. It allows you to create and modify game levels stored in the ITP file format (*.itp).
Created levels can be loaded and played using ITP Loader.exe. The loader is included with both Igor the Penguin and Master Levels for Igor the Penguin.
